RECS 4 PETS' Maroon 5 Ticket Giveaway!

RECS 4 PETS is doing a giveaway where one lucky person will be randomly selected to win two (2) tickets to see Maroon 5 perform at the Kia Forum in Inglewood, CA on October 10, 2025 at 8 pm (PDT).

The giveaway will run from Tuesday, September 2, 2025 until Tuesday, September 9, 2025 at 11:59 pm (PDT).

How to Enter. Follow @recs_4_pets on Instagram, comment on the post annoucing the giveway. Tag the person you'd bring to the concert and write one thing you love about RECS_4_Pets for your pet.

Official Rules – RECS 4 PETS Maroon 5 Ticket Giveaway

1. Sponsor

This giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by RECS 4 PETS (“Sponsor”). This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Maroon 5, or the Kia Forum.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and live in the Los Angeles County area or Las Vegas- Clark County area. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, contractors, and affiliates of Sponsor, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter. Must have a Ticketmaster account for transfer of tickets.

3. How to Enter

• No purchase necessary to enter.

• To enter: Tag one (1) pet parent friend you would bring to the concert and write one thing you love about RECS 4 PETS for your pet in the comments.

4. Prize

• Prize consists of two (2) tickets to Maroon 5: LOVE IS LIKE Tour, October 10, 2025, 8:00 PM (PDT), Kia Forum, 3900 W Manchester, Blvd, Inglewood, CA 90305.

• Approximate retail value (ARV): $134.

• Prize does NOT include transportation, accommodations, food, parking, or any other expenses.

• Prize has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may not be sold or bartered.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

• Winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received by Tuesday, September 9, 2025 at 11:59 PM PDT.

• Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries.

• Winner will be notified by direct message (DM) on Instagram only from the official @RECS4PETS account on Wednesday, September 10, 2025.

• To avoid scams: Sponsor will never ask for payment, credit card, bank details, or personal information to claim a prize.

• Winner must respond within 24 hours of notification, sign a Winner Release Form, and provide a valid Ticketmaster account for ticket transfer. If winner does not respond, fails to sign the release, or cannot provide a Ticketmaster account, prize will be forfeited and another winner may be chosen.

6. Ticket Transfer

• Tickets will be delivered electronically via Ticketmaster. Winner must have an active Ticketmaster account to accept the transfer. Sponsor is not responsible for issues related to Ticketmaster accounts, access, or transfer acceptance.

7. Release of Liability

By entering, participants release and hold harmless RECS 4 PETS, its owners, employees, affiliates, and Instagram from any claims, liability, or damages arising from participation in the Giveaway, acceptance, or use of the prize.

8. Publicity

By accepting the prize, winner grants Sponsor the right to use winner’s name, Instagram handle, and likeness for announcing the winner and promoting the Giveaway without further compensation.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if technical or other issues compromise its fairness or integrity. Entries that do not comply with these rules may be disqualified.

10. Void Where Prohibited

This Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

11.  Force Majeure

Sponsor shall not be liable or responsible for any failure or delay in fulfilling, administering, or delivering the Prize, or for any cancellation, postponement, or alteration of the concert or related event, arising out of or caused by, directly or indirectly, acts of God, acts of government, natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, weather conditions, labor disputes, strikes, civil disturbances, acts of terrorism, war, equipment or technical malfunctions, or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control (“Force Majeure Event”). In the event a Force Majeure Event prevents or materially interferes with the Prize or concert, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest or substitute the Prize with one of comparable or greater value.
