RECS 4 PETS is a free resource platform that helps pet parents discover trusted local pet businesses and access exclusive deals, events, educational content, and general pet information.We do not provide veterinary, medical, legal, or professional advice.

 

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By accessing or using the Services, you represent that you meet all applicable age and legal requirements.

3. Free Access & Use of Services

RECS 4 PETS is free to download and free to use. We may offer paid features, event tickets, marketing placements, partnerships, or promotional opportunities, which may involve fees. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers, and we do not store full credit card information.

4. Business Listings & Discounts

RECS 4 PETS lists pet-related businesses based on outreach, research, and partnerships. Discounts, offers, and promotions are provided directly by each business and are subject to their terms.Businesses may update or discontinue offers at any time without notice.We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or fulfillment of any offer.

 

5. Not Veterinary or Professional Advice

Information and product recommendations provided on our website and app is for general informational purposes only and should not be considered:

• Professional Veterinary or medical advice

• Diagnosis or treatment

• Legal, financial, or professional guidance.

Always consult licensed professionals for your pet’s care or any other needs. Always consult your veterinarian before introducing new products or treatments to your pet.

Any purchases made through third-party links are solely between you and the third-party retailer. RECS 4 PETS is not responsible for product availability, pricing, shipping, returns, warranties, or customer service related to third-party purchases.

14. Event Registration, Tickets & Payments

RECS 4 PETS LLC may offer ticketed events through the Services.

Ticket Purchases

All ticket purchases are subject to availability and are processed securely through Wix Payments and/or its third-party payment processors. RECS 4 PETS LLC does not store full credit card information.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to provide accurate information and authorize payment of all applicable charges, including taxes and service fees.

Refund Policy

Tickets are refundable up to 7 days prior to the event date (for example, March 21, 2026, for the March 28 event). Refund requests must be submitted in writing to katie@recs4pets.com.

No refunds will be issued within 7 days of the event due to food, venue, and planning commitments.

​

No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

​

Minimum Attendance Requirement

Certain events may require a minimum number of attendees to proceed. If an event is canceled by RECS 4 PETS LLC due to insufficient attendance or other unforeseen circumstances, ticket holders will receive a full refund of the ticket purchase price.

Event Changes

We reserve the right to modify event details including time, location, format, or programming. Minor changes do not qualify for refunds.

Conduct & Removal

We reserve the right to remove any attendee from an event without refund for:

• Disruptive behavior

• Unsafe conduct

• Aggressive behavior (by attendee or pet)

• Failure to comply with event rules

Dogs must remain leashed and under owner control at all times.

Assumption of Risk

By attending an event, you acknowledge that participation involves inherent risks, including but not limited to interactions with other attendees, pets, and third-party venues. Attendance is voluntary and at your own risk.

 

Third-Party Venues & Vendors

Events may take place at third-party locations. RECS 4 PETS LLC is not responsible for the acts, omissions, products, or services of third-party venues or vendors.

15. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services for violation of these Terms or harmful behavior.

You may discontinue use at any time by deleting the app or ceasing to visit the website.

 

16. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

 

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflicts of law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate Texas courts.
